  5.   ■ What a year! We have a new distribution site for most, if not all, of
  6.     Whitewater Technologies' products - THE DAVASOFT BBS.  After having 2 hard
  7.     drive crashes, long-business trips to distant places, etc. - I've
  8.     hadn't much time to devote to programming PPE's. But now that there's
  9.     DAVASOFT handling registrations, it definitely clears some more time up
  10.     for me to program even more... Support: I will be offering support via
  11.     DAVASOFT BBS, simply email me through DAVASOFT via one of the

  17.   ■ I've altered the registration scheme in this version. In the previous
  18.     versions, some Sysops were having trouble with the PPE reading in a
  19.     CR (Carraige Return) at the end of the configuration lines. If you are
  20.     a registered ZippyList Sysop, simply call DAVASOFT BBS, leave a message,
  21.     and you'll be able to obtain your new registration number.

  30.   ■ Added ZLIST-2.PPE. This secondary PPE is meant for those systems that
  31.     would like to refrain from placing each node's work directory (i.e.
  32.     C:\PCB\NODE1\WORK, C:\PCB\NODE2\WORK, etc.) inside the DLPATH.LST. In
  33.     this PPE, when the user presses (D)ownload Captured file, ZippyList will
  34.     first FLAG the file and then DOWNLOAD. As a result, the user will be
  35.     asked "Download Flagged Files? (Y)".

  57.   ■ Fixed: Previously, if a user started a search and had the "Capture for
  58.     download?" turned OFF, upon trying to exit ZippyList it would tell the
  59.     user that he/she had not yet downloaded the capture file and would prompt
  60.     then if they would like to compress and download it. Now, it will *ONLY*
  61.     prompt if he/she had performed a search and had the "Capture for
  62.     download?" toggled ON.

  64.   ■ We optimized the code a little more to decrease the size of the
  65.     ZLIST.PPE is relation to the features added. :)

  67.   ■ In the previous version, a price decrease to $10 for ZippyList was added.
  68.     Unfortunately, it had gone back up to $15. :( We all need $$, obviously,
  69.     to support our own systems. Thanks goes out to those who registered

  79.   ■ Due to Clark Development's "new" Support/Renewal Plan, we have lowered
  80.     the price of ZippyList to $10 to help make a Sysop's life easier (And
  81.     less expensive)! :)

  83.   ■ Fixed a minor bug that wouldn't allow the user to scan the (U)pload
  84.     directories.
  85.  
  86.   ■ We failed to mention that everytime ZippyList initializes it will
  87.     delete any previous contents. This will help prevent the user from
  88.     entering it twice during one logon session and downloading the same
  89.     ZipFile. It will also prevent (In case the Sysop hasn't deleted the
  90.     work file during the $$LOGOFF.BAT) another user downloading someone
  91.     else's file. :)

  93.   ■ NOTE: Line #29 of the ZLIST.CFG has been altered! In prior versions, I
  94.     placed the '-!' parameter for PKZIP so it would authentically verify
  95.     the WHITE.ZIP file the user downloaded from our system. However, there
  96.     were some Sysops who left this 'as is' and didn't remove it. Therefore,
  97.     whenever their system shelled to PKZIP.EXE it would show the PKZIP Help
  98.     Screen and would require that someone pressed a key to continue.
